About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Advisors and their teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to our clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new client relationships through digital account opening and documentation administration
  • Process client requests, account transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and payments, as well as requests for tax receipts and account reporting
  • Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely manner, escalating as required
Requirements
  • Experience in the securities industry
  • Willingness to complete CIRO requirements (CSC, CPH, IR Training)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and meet deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional client service skills
