We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries, working on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Provide general information to clients and the public
  • Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Send and receive messages
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • File material in storage area
  • Label, file and retrieve documents
  • Store, update and retrieve financial data
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Work Setting:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic office environment with a team of professionals. The work setting is office-based, with a focus on providing administrative support to the team.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours:

The successful candidate will work 32 to 40 hours per week.
