Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Diamond Towing & Recovery. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Work Environment:

Our office is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be working in a team environment, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent position
  • English as the primary language of communication
  • 30 hours per week
