Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at United Foods Inc. O/A McDonald's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Financial Management: Analyze budget and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and electronic cash registers.
