Restaurant Operations Manager

United Foods Inc. O/A McDonald's Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including menu engineering and promotions.
- Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
