Restaurant Operations Manager

United Foods Inc. O/A McDonald's Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and Control Costs: Analyze and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is operating within budget.
- Improve Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, including menu development, promotions, and customer service initiatives.
- Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze and control costs, and experience with inventory management and customer service.
