Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at United Foods Inc. O/A McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and minimize costs.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
