Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at United Foods Inc. O/A McDonald's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to maintain profitability.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant meets all relevant standards.
- Lead and instruct staff to achieve exceptional customer service and food quality.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and manage budgets and financial data.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree an asset.
