Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at United Foods Inc. O/A McDonald's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
