About the Role
At Beltone, we're looking for a skilled Hearing Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greets customers and provides a warm welcome
- Answers phone calls and responds to customer inquiries
- Schedules appointments and manages customer information
- Orders and sells products, including hearing aids and accessories
- Performs administrative tasks, such as invoicing and managing customer records
- Develops and executes lead generation strategies to drive business growth
- Manages customer database and call list
- Submits insurance claims and follows up with insurance plans
- Manages account receivables and payables
- Cash management, including making bank deposits and balancing sales media
- Makes sales calls to drive business growth
- Assists Hearing Care Professionals with administrative tasks
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of previous office experience
- 2 years of previous sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to sit at a desk for 70-90% of the workday
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Valid driver's license
