About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hearing Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the business success of Beltone Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide concierge-level service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage customer relationships, including scheduling appointments, confirming test opportunities, and delivering sales and marketing goals.
- Utilize True Block scheduling to maximize test opportunities and optimize office efficiency.
- Order and sell products, including hearing aids and accessories.
- Perform general office and administrative duties, including invoicing, customer information entry, and mail management.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through business networking and outreach within the community.
- Manage customer database and call list, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Submit insurance claims and follow up with insurance plans as necessary.
- Manage account receivables and payables, including cash management and bank deposits.
- Assist Hearing Care Professionals with various tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of previous office experience preferred.
- 2 years of previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Must be well organized, able to multitask effectively, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office and possess good computer skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
