Hearing Care Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hearing Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their hearing care needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
- Manage customer relationships and communicate effectively with customers and hearing care professionals
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, tests, and follow-up activities
- Process and manage customer information, including records and financial forms
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to grow business and increase sales
- Manage customer database and call list, and submit insurance claims as needed
- Perform administrative tasks, including cash management, invoicing, and mail processing
- Assist hearing care professionals with various tasks and duties
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of previous office experience preferred
- 2 years of previous sales and customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and good computer skills
- Ability to sit at a desk for 70-90% of the workday
