Hearing Care Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hearing Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their hearing health needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
- Manage customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Coordinate hearing tests and appointments with our Hearing Care Professionals
- Process customer information and maintain accurate records
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with the Hearing Care Professionals to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of previous office experience preferred
- 2 years of previous sales and customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and good computer skills
