Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth and expand our professional services offerings at AKMAZO Capital. This high-impact, high-visibility role requires you to establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for AKMAZO Capital's professional services. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Your ability to understand and solve complex eCommerce challenges will be pivotal in helping clients optimize their site and content performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, drive revenue growth, and achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals by preparing and presenting compelling proposals and contracts that address client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client experience from prospecting through to onboarding and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a closing sales role, with a strong focus on selling professional services or solutions.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and the professional services landscape.
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset, with an ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
