We are seeking an exceptional Data Engineer who can think strategically and possess both data engineering background and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data collection, analysis, and problem-solving. You will work closely with BI Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Scientists, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to develop and improve the current data architecture, monitoring, and data availability.

As a Data Engineer at Amazon, you will:

  • Develop and improve data quality, monitoring, and data availability
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to implement advanced analytics algorithms for statistical analysis, prediction, clustering, and machine learning
  • Partner with Business Analysts to build and verify hypotheses to improve the AWS Support business
  • Help continually improve reporting and analysis processes, simplifying self-service support for customers

The successful candidate will be up-to-date with advances in big data technologies and run pilots to design the data architecture to scale with increased data sets of customer experiences on AWS.
