We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Squires Gastro Pub. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate and manage food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for food quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu offerings.
- Ensure that our kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and leading a team.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
