Job Title: Executive Chef

HIBACHI is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Supervise and mentor specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Plan and execute special events and functions, including menu planning and food preparation.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical demands of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
Language:
  • English.
Work Schedule:
  • 40-50 hours per week.
