Administrative Officer: Strategic Operations Coordinator

This role involves overseeing the administration of various office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services. You will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Establishing Work Priorities: Ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met by establishing clear work priorities and delegating tasks to support staff.
- Review and Evaluate New Procedures: Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they align with organizational goals.
- Coordinating Office Services: Coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Preparing Reports: Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
