Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Wallzone Projects Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage digital databases, and maintain accurate records.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, negotiate collective agreements, and recruit and hire new staff members.
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate projects and programs.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop action plans for improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in an administrative or supervisory role.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
