We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in an operations coordinator role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily office activities, coordinating services, and overseeing administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met by following established protocols
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as data assembly, report preparation, and correspondence
  • Coordinate office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on operations coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Work Environment:

  • Urban area with public transportation available
  • 40 hours per week

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and market conditions.
