Vista Blinds is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer - Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
You will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, and overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals and correspondence
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
