About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Quick Care Pharmacy Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and arrange travel itineraries as needed.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate records, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodations, and make reservations as necessary.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance.
  • Documentation: Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision.
  • Meeting Minutes: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, court sessions, or conferences with accuracy.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office and electronic mail.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, organized, accurate, and a strong work ethic.
  • Work Environment: Permanent position, 32 hours per week, with English as the primary work language.
