We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chief Operations Administrator to join our team at LEI FONG HONG GOODS DISTRIBUTOR INC. This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.
About the RoleThis senior administrative role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless administrative procedures, and maintaining accurate records. As Chief Operations Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries, coordinate office services, and assist in budget preparation.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our management team to implement new policies and procedures, analyze data, and prepare periodic reports. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation;
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures;
- Oversee the analysis of data and information;
- Education: College/CEGEP degree;
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role;
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
