What You'll Do:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, applying estimation models to refine and track progress, including coordination of inter-workstream dependencies
  • Collaborate with HR Business/Technology Owners to deliver initiatives that achieve desired business outcomes and drive value creation
  • Establish effective governance and oversight for assigned initiatives
  • Manage project/program communications, including status reports to stakeholders, executives, business units, vendors, and project teams
  • Raise and track issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate to immediate manager when necessary

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to multitask across competing priorities, with excellent problem-solving skills and structured analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
