Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Education: B.S. degree in engineering, science, or business management.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive mindset, outgoing personality, and a bias for action, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience in component manufacturing in the medical device environment.
  • Relationships: Established relationships with key customers and prospects in the territory.
  • Skills: Quick thinking and ability to multi-task, with a demonstrated capacity for problem-solving and decision-making.
Physical Demands

This role requires frequent travel via automobile and commercial flights, with a valid U.S. driving license.
