Job Title: Fine Wine Sales Professional

Arterra Wines Canada is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fine Wine Sales Professional to join our elite team. As a key member of our fine wine selling team, Principle Fine Wines, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales execution, building strong relationships with luxury accounts, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of prestige accounts, including fine dining establishments, private clubs, and high net worth individuals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including wine directors, sommeliers, and buyers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through extensive selling and customer relationship skills.
  • Ensure best-in-class consumer experiences at point of sale, leveraging wine list features, events, and staff training.
  • Present and promote luxury fine wine brands through trade and consumer events, wine dinners, winemaker visits, and tastings.
  • Manage allocations to ensure optimal use of scarce wines for profit and brand equity.
  • Report monthly business results and proactively address customer shortfalls and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in fine wine account management
  • WSET 3 (or equivalent Sommelier designation)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, driven, and disciplined
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Ability to lift wine cases weighing up to 45 pounds
