Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and collaborating with the field sales team to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to drive sales growth and expand our customer base
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and requirements to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales opportunities
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned to support overall sales objectives and organizational goals

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years related customer service and sales experience
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word/Excel, PowerPoint, Business Warehouse, and Customer Relations Management software
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced sales environment

Total Rewards Package:

  • Base: $42,169 to $60,881 CAD annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market
  • Bonus or Commission: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance
