Job Description Overview

Sandoz is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, pioneering the development and production of sustainable Biosimilar and Generic medicines. As we continue to evolve and grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the South West of Ontario region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our market share.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, targeted specialists, and healthcare professionals to promote our Biosimilar products and services.
  • Territory Management: Develop, implement, and execute a territory business plan to achieve set objectives and sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest information on assigned products and disease areas to provide expert advice and support to customers.
  • Event Organization: Organize and execute professional education events, both virtually and in-person, to support our Biosimilars' portfolio approach.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key physicians, specialty pharmacy, and infusion clinics networks.
  • Education and Training: Develop and implement peer-to-peer educational events with key physicians and provide training on our Biosimilar products and services.
  • Communication Strategy: Establish a two-way communication strategy to ensure competitive advantage and respond to customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal alignment on business opportunities and priorities.

What We Offer:

Essential Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of science or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Language: Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory, with English proficiency required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical field, specifically with rheumatologists, gastroenterologists, and/or general practitioners.
