We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at ONTARIO INC. as an Operations Vice-President.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, managing a team of 5-10 people, and ensuring the smooth execution of business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the work of the team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or management.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities. The ideal candidate should be able to work well under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and manage a large workload efficiently.
