Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and manage staff at CIRCLE K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations and be able to direct and control daily activities, evaluate operations, and implement policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and oversee payroll administration.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
