Job Description:
As a key team member at MacEwen, the Retail Store Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail business setting. This position involves providing exceptional on-site customer service while overseeing various tasks such as authorizing payments, ordering merchandise, and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Authorize payments to customers by cheque
  • Order merchandise in a timely manner to meet customer demand
  • Make decisions regarding the return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules for the store team
  • Maintain accurate and organized inventory levels


Work Environment: This role operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic setting and be able to multitask effectively.
