Job Title: Inventory Management Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Officer to join our team at National Engineered Fasteners Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our inventory management system.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery used in inventory management.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize inventory management.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
