Job Title: Inventory Management Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Officer to join our team at National Engineered Fasteners Inc.

Job Summary:

The Inventory Management Officer will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including inventory management software.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Reliability, accuracy, and efficiency in work habits.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
