About the Role

At Attli Construction Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, including opening and distributing mail, managing contracts, and overseeing the analysis of employee data.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: You will schedule and confirm appointments, plan and organize daily operations, and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Customer Service: As a key member of our team, you will provide excellent customer service, greet people, and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Bookkeeping and Record-Keeping: The successful candidate will perform basic bookkeeping tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Team Player: Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliability: Reliable and able to work under tight deadlines
Working Conditions
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
