About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. As an integral part of our operations, this role will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, managing tasks, and ensuring seamless communication within the team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Daily Activities: Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Manage Tasks: Direct and control daily tasks, prioritizing urgent matters and delegating responsibilities as needed.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, responding to inquiries, and relaying messages efficiently.
  • Mail and Materials: Open and distribute mail and other materials, ensuring timely delivery and organization.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer Service: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with work under pressure and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This compensation package includes benefits and opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
