Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our Cloud Technology projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex Cloud technology projects, managing enterprise solutions, and leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee the delivery of complex Cloud technology projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Enterprise Solutions Management: Manage enterprise solutions with technologies such as IBM Portal, WebSphere, DataPower, OpenShift, Cloud Automation Manager, Ansible, and Oracle Database.
  • Team Leadership: Direct, manage, and lead multidisciplinary project teams, including multiple Project Managers and matrix team members.
  • Cost, Risk, and Schedule Management: Monitor and manage the cost, risk, schedule, governance, technical performance, and program impact of each project.
  • Stakeholder Management: Provide a program/portfolio view of project interdependencies and external project dependencies, monitoring and reporting on exposure levels.
  • Leadership and Development: Exercise leadership responsibilities, including coaching and developing talent, and leading strategies and actions to overcome resistance to change.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology project management, with at least 5+ years of experience in projects requiring large technology procurements.
  • Skills: Demonstrated experience using the agile/scrum framework, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and in-depth knowledge of cloud services, API life cycle, service management, event management, and monitoring services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Desirable Skills
  • Expert Knowledge: Expert knowledge of PMLC, cloud services, and API life cycle.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Enterprise Architecture: Demonstrated competency and experience with the Zachman framework, business/information/application/technology/security architectures, and enterprise architecture.
Working Conditions

This is a hybrid role, working 7.25 hours per calendar day, sometime between 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) Monday to Friday inclusive for three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote (offsite).
