Job Description

Global Pharma Tek is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex programs and projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program management strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and risks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and vendors.
  • Provide program status updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance program delivery and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs and projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations to senior management.
  • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience working in a public sector or healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of Public Sector I&IT project management methodologies.
  • Experience with strategic planning and management.
