District Sales Manager

ROCKWOOL International A/S is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to drive profitable growth in Western Canada. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial and residential building technology, as well as excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets in the assigned territory
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders
- Lead project tracking and execute a pull-through strategy to drive sales growth
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and develop a comprehensive sales plan
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and analytics to drive business decisions
- Make full use of digital tools, including CRM tracking, to optimize sales performance
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of success in building materials sales roles
- Knowledge of commercial and residential building technology or construction
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong territory management skills and ability to work independently
- High drive, commitment, energy, and integrity
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Technical/business education to university level
- Good leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office products and CRM software

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000.
