District Relationship Manager

Our client, a leading private lending company in Canada, is seeking a skilled District Relationship Manager to join their team in Alberta. As a key member of their sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with IIROC and EMD Advisors, promoting their income trust product and residential mortgage financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with IIROC and EMD Advisors through regular communication and presentations
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services
- Prepare and present sales presentations to potential and existing advisors
- Provide updates and product knowledge to advisors
- Work closely with Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Maximizer
- Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) certification preferred
