Restaurant Operations Manager

At Host India Cuisine, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team of 5-15 people.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
* Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet budget requirements
* Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
* Plan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules and inventory management
* Supervise staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
* Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service

**Requirements:**

* 1-2 years of experience in food service management
* College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
