Job Title: Restaurant Manager

At Tomo Restaurant, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Cost products and services to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Client focus, dependability, efficiency, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
Work Environment:

On-site work is required, with no option for remote work.

Public transportation is available for employees.
