About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at 611017 BC LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Strategies

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.

Lead and Manage Staff

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of hotel operations.

Negotiate with Suppliers

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for our hotel, ensuring that we have the necessary materials and supplies to maintain high standards of service.

Conduct Training Sessions

Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that staff are up-to-date with the latest policies, procedures, and best practices in hotel operations.

Manage Customer Relationships

Negotiate with clients to secure bookings and ensure that their needs are met, while also addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Prepare Budgets and Monitor Finances

Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that our hotel operates within financial constraints, while also monitoring revenues and expenses to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and increase revenue, including the implementation of marketing activities and promotions.

Enforce Policies and Procedures

Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to our hotel's policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, staff management, and financial management.

Address Customer Complaints

Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that our hotel maintains high standards of customer service.

Assist with Special Requests

Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring that their requirements are met and they have a positive experience at our hotel.

Develop and Implement Business Plans

Develop and implement business plans to ensure the long-term success of our hotel, including strategies for growth and development.

Establish Work Schedules

Establish work schedules for staff to ensure that our hotel operates efficiently and effectively, while also ensuring that staff have a healthy work-life balance.
