Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at R&D Developments Ltd. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operations Management: Oversee the management of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's budget, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of hotel operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
