This position is a hybrid office-remote role located in Ottawa, Canada. As a highly skilled and motivated individual, you will oversee the end-to-end management and retention of our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client relationship management, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As a Key Account Services Director, you will be responsible for building relationships with high-value clients (over $10k MRR+), developing and executing strategies to manage and nurture these relationships, and creating account plans to maximize client retention and revenue growth.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Revenue and target management: assessing account management statistics, preparing reports, and coaching the team towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Team management and optimization: managing day-to-day functions, implementing new systems and tools, and ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency in customer success processes.
  • Client management: building relationships with key clients, developing and executing strategies to manage and nurture these relationships, and creating account plans to maximize client retention and revenue growth.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful account management strategies.
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience.
  • Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service.
  • Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards.
