Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to lead our merchandise management team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Authorize payments by cheque, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Order merchandise, taking into account inventory levels and customer demand.
  • Authorize return of merchandise, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sell merchandise, achieving sales targets through effective marketing strategies.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
Supervision

This role involves supervising 1-2 staff members in various areas of responsibility, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
