About the Role

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for supporting the planning of warehouse activities, optimizing resources and process execution, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a positive and safe working environment while respecting business values and ethics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prioritize warehouse activities based on specific zones (receiving, storage, and shipping);
  • Manage individual team member key performance indicators (KPIs) (CVP audit, tracking, etc.);
  • Facilitate team meetings to communicate the evening plan (forklifts, pallet jacks, containers, etc.);
  • Propose solutions to optimize productivity through process review and problem-solving;
  • Generate reports multiple times a night to track action plans, gaps (missing boxes, picking, etc.), and decide priorities, etc.;
  • Verify price errors;
  • Generate CVP reports, communicate action plans, and decide priorities for the quarter of the night;
  • Conduct research in SAP and correct discrepancies, if necessary;
  • Promote excellence practices and respect for health and safety standards;
  • Prepare and participate in the transition meeting between the day and night teams – ensure all information is transmitted to the next day team;
  • Coach and consolidate the team;
  • Develop evening action plans based on SAP data, incidents, CVP meetings, etc., and enter them into the UTRACK application;
  • Prepare picking for the next day;
  • Perform checks related to the process

Requirements

  • Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role;
  • Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS);
  • Good knowledge of Excel; SAP is an asset;
  • Good communication and coaching skills;
  • Good organizational skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to achieve results in a very dynamic environment.
