Job Summary

The Team Lead, Distribution Centre will support the Assembly Supervisor team in planning and organizing daily operations, resource allocation, and process execution, while maintaining a safe and positive work environment in line with the company's values and ethics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct active supervisory tours;
  • Analyze floor operations, prioritize tasks, and allocate team members based on operational needs;
  • Ensure operational productivity of the team, support members in achieving productivity targets, and conduct follow-ups on new team members' development and progress;
  • Promote SST standards and procedures in case of workplace accidents;
  • Ensure the team works in a safe environment and adheres to SST standards;
  • Identify team members' training needs and suggest opportunities for improvement;
  • Complete various production and 5S method reports;
  • Ensure maintenance of procedures related to final product quality;
  • Participate in implementing continuous improvement procedures;
  • Monitor departmental workflow to ensure it is adequate;
  • Make recommendations regarding the work environment and equipment used by the team.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and manage priorities;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and high-volume environment.
