As a Professional Associate - Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and deepening relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for advisors with their clients and prospects.
  • Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to details.
  • Respond to client inquiries, including account transactions, requests for tax receipts, and account reporting.
  • Assist the advisor team with client onboarding and manage incoming communications from clients, advisors, and internal/external partners.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.
  • Update team communication channels, including websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, and newsletters.

Requirements:

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • High level of time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
