Regional Sales and Client Success Manager in North America

VetCT is seeking an experienced Regional Sales and Client Success Manager to drive sales strategy, foster client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction across North America.
About the RoleThis key position requires a dynamic professional with a strong background in veterinary medicine, proven experience in sales, and expertise in client relationship management. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to contract negotiations, while implementing strategies to retain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities include managing multiple accounts, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining regular communication with clients to foster strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have outstanding relationship-building skills, be persuasive and client-focused, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively generate and close new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients and following up on marketing-qualified leads.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs by showcasing the value of VET.CT's product portfolio.
- Represent VET.CT at key conferences, client meetings, and industry events to expand market presence and strengthen relationships.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and positive first experience with VET.CT.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing proactive support and regular updates on products, pricing, and service enhancements.
- A results-driven professional with a strong background in veterinary medicine, proven experience in sales, and expertise in client relationship management.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with busy veterinarians, tailoring interactions to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Persuasive and client-focused, with a strong ability to negotiate while prioritizing the client's best interests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
