- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales records management.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Work Schedule: 32 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the team.
