Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Records Supervisor to join our team at Trademarks Properties Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales records process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Financial Transactions: Ensure accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales records management.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the team.
